....the "wet markets," a large building of produce and meat markets, where an upper floor is comprised of restaurants (kind of a food court, really). The food was extremely fresh and expertly prepared. (The place Anthony Bourdain went.)
Tanks of fish. A very sad, large fish (must have been 2 ft long) above Mantis Shrimp.
Razor clams:
Squid in its own ink, with pasta. Delicious!

Back to Kowloon for a couch overlooking the harbour at an Italian place, and fireworks that shoot out of the IFC building. Happy New Year, Hong Kong style!
